用户或者测试人员如何有效地向开发人员报告系统的bug一直是一个满难说清的问题，前段时间我给其他人讲的时候主要讲的就是JIRA如何使用好像，今天终于看到了一些报告Bug的指导原则，以后可以参考一下：
